Consent to participate: I agree to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded at the event (“Event”) hosted by ClassPass Inc. (“CP”) on 16 March 2016. I understand that my participation in the Event is completely voluntary. Rights to photos: I give CP and its affiliates, successors or assigns the absolute, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable worldwide right to copyright my name, image and/or likeness and all photographs, film, materials, recordings, footage and statements of me or by me (collectively the “Materials”) and to reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publish, broadcast, digitize, display, distribute, license and otherwise use and permit others (including the Event Providers) to use such Material, in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other material in any medium throughout the world now known or hereinafter developed, with or without my name and/or picture, and with additions, alterations or changes, for any purpose including but not limited to advertising, publicity and/or promotion of CP or Event Providers, without further consent from, review by or payment to me. I understand that all of the Materials are the sole property of CP. Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless CP, the Event Providers and each of their personnel, licensees, agents, successors and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or demands whatsoever arising by reason of my participation in the Event or any use of the Materials as contemplated hereunder, including but not limited to any bodily injury, including but not limited to right of publicity, copyright infringement or any other personal/property rights.
